Kakutei Shinkoku | Final Income Tax Return in Japan
If you are a resident in Japan, working as a registered* self-employed operator or a freelancer, you are to receive a set of documents sent from Japanese national tax office in late January. The document is for Final Income Tax Return, to report the amount of income tax due on total net income earned between January 1 and December 31 each year, and the filing process is called Kakutei-Shinkoku 確定申告 which is to be done between 16 of February and 15 of March.The 5S process - a very basic, but a significant method for achieving total organization at workplaces
The 5S - Five S (Go S in Japanese) is the methodology created for the purpose of developing and improving total organizations, implemented at workplaces including factories, services facilities and offices. If you are familiar with Japanese management practices, you might have heard of this methodology as .it is created in Japan. ‘S’ of the 5S derives from the following Japanese words, which start with the letter ‘S’ ;Dangerous Goods Not Permitted to be Transported as International Mail.
